FREESTYLE is enjoyed by all of our students. It is the most popular form of dance in the UK today.

The music can be the latest fast 'beaty' track or a more slow/medium R & B style.

Students learn how to interpret the track RHYTHMICALLY through a combination of steps, arm, hand and head movements.

FREESTYLE earned its name because it is so free.
Students develop their musicality skills and adapt those skills to the chosen music.
Because the music can be so diverse we explore all types of current music and some of the past crazes that hit the dance floors in the 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's.
